Tata steel job openings 2023 Educational Qualification:- To apply in job requirements of Tata steel Candidate Must Have Completed, three (3) full-time years AICTE- or UGC-recognized diploma in mechanical, electrical, electronics, or instrument engineering from any institution Part-time, correspondence-based, and distance learning candidates are ineligible.

 

Tata Steel recruitment 2023 Selection Process:-

1. The written test and interview process must be attended by eligible candidates. There will be elimination rounds at every stage.

2. Before being given consideration for employment at Tata Steel, eligible candidates who are currently employed by a Tata Group Company, a subsidiary, or an associate company must produce a NOC from their existing employer. At the time of the interview, the NOC must be presented.

3. Prior to their appointment, all chosen candidates must be deemed medically fit according to the company's medical fitness criteria.

4. Prior to their appointment, all chosen candidates will go through background checks in accordance with Company standards.

5. The candidates in this procedure will not be compensated in any way.

6. Candidates who are determined to be disqualified based on the established standards at any level of selection procedure will be instantly disqualified from participating in the next round of selection.

7. Any sort of canvassing automatically disqualifies a candidate.

 

Placement:

1. Selected individuals will be put in positions in accordance with their qualifications, expertise, and skill needs.

2. During their employment, the chosen applicants may be posted and/or transferred to any other locations of Tata Steel Ltd., its group businesses, or subsidiaries.

 

Tata steel job openings Pay Scale (Salary):-

The chosen applicants will be proviso placed in the grade TSK D1 at a starting Basic Salary of Rs. 17,530/- pm with a CTC of Rs. 5.6LPA. The other compensation and perks will follow the policies of the company that are relevant to this grade. Candidates with four or more years of relevant experience will get additional compensation in accordance with guidelines.
