Key Skills:       

+ To carry out detailed Engineering, Installation Testing, Commissioning and Integration of RTUs, FRTUs, Fl and Sectionalizes etc. or SCADA enabling equipment with the SCADA / DMS System.

+ RTU/FRTU engineering includes the RTU Signal lst (10 Counts and Addressing), Database Creation an different Modems, IEDs, MFTs /MFMs and other legacy devices etc.

+ HMI development, Configuration & Integration of Various RTUs like Schneider C264, Alstom C264, Advantech, Saitel, and Siemens will be added advantage.

+ Experience of communications protocols such as IEC60870-5-101/104/IEC61850, DNP3, MODBUS Serial and TCP-IP

+ Develop, implement, test and troubleshoot SCADA/DMS Databases and HMI Configuration, SLD and Mimics creations in Control Center based on Requirement.

+ Develop, implement, test, and troubleshoot Communication systems utilizing the experience of IP networking, UDP/TCP/IP, switching and routing, firewalls and gateways, MPLS/GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G modems.

+ Knowledge of selecting components used in RTU/Control cabinet like, power supplies, UPS, batteries, MPLS/GPRS/3G/4G Modems, CMR, HDR, MCB, various types of terminals/connectors.

+ Co-ordinate and execute FAT, provide validation support for FAT procedures and ensure compliance to project requirements.

+ Design standards and processes for smooth and effective functioning of SCADA operations and RTU and other SCADA Devices maintenance activities.

+ Development and Preventive Maintenance of SCADA enabling equipment like RTUs/FRTUs, Router, Switch, Network Cabling, IEDs etc.

+ Possess adequate and advance experience in the design of SCADA/DMS/ADMS/OMS systems.
