Salary:
The selected candidates will be provisionally placed at
starting Basic Salary of with CTC of Rs 9
LPA. The other emoluments & benefits will be as per Company’s rule
applicable to this grade. Candidates possessing 4 years or more of relevant
experience will be additionally compensated as per norms.
Age Limit for Jindal Power recruitment 2023:
•Minimum Age > 18 Years
•Maximum Age > 50 Years

•OBC: 03 Years.

Eduaction Qualification:
Candidate must have passed 10th, 12th,
Graduation, Post graduation from the recognized board or university
For technical posts ITI/ diploma in Electrical /
Electronics / Mechanical / Metallurgy / Chemical or BE/BTECH Engineering from
any institute, recognized by AICTE
Technical Education are also eligible to apply.
Candidates with Part Time / Correspondence /
Distance Learning will not be eligible
Marks:
Minimum 55% marks aggregate in Diploma Engineering for
General Candidates Minimum 50% marks aggregate in Diploma Engineering for SC/
ST Candidates
Selection
Process:
1. Eligible candidates will have to appear for Written Test
and Interview process. Each stage will be an elimination stage.
2. Eligible candidates, who are currently employed with Jindal
Group Company / Subsidiaries/ Associate
Company will need to furnish an NOC from the present employer
before being considered for employment in Jindal Thermal. The NOC must be
produced at the time of interview.
3. All selected candidates will have to be declared medically
fit as per company’s medical fitness standards, before their appointment.
4. All selected candidates will undergo Background
Verification as per company’s standard, before their appointment.
5. No reimbursement related to the travel will be made to the
candidates in this process.
6. Candidates who are found ineligible as per the laid down
criteria at any stage of selection process will be immediately disqualified
from further selection process.
7. Canvassing in any form will automatically disqualify a
candidate.
